Chicken breast and leeks baked in a cream and white wine sauce, under a crisp shortcrust lid.

Gently poaching the chicken breast first keeps it beautifully moist, before adding leeks, gently fried to bring out the sweetness. Combined with ham in a creamy white sauce and a little white wine makes a special pie filling. Topped with a buttery, shortcrust partry.
